At Zedcarz, we are committed to providing secure and efficient transportation services specifically designed for vulnerable groups, such as children, young adults, and adults who may be exposed to potential risks. Our fundamental duty revolves around devising and implementing transportation plans for eligible students, strictly adhering to our internal regulations and protocols.

Our objective is to optimise service efficiency and economic viability, while giving utmost importance to the safety and equality of our passengers

To maintain impeccable service standards and whilst also complying with the requirements set by the local authorities, every member of our crew is required to clear enhanced DBS checks and is trained in PATS (Passenger Assistant Training) and First Aid at work. In addition, they receive training in Child Safeguarding, which further strengthens our pledge towards compliance and service excellence.

We are proud of our dedicated SEN (Special Educational Needs) Team, who are available 24/7 to handle any queries or concerns regarding your transportation requirements. Our code of good practice acts as a comprehensive guide and support mechanism for students, parents, educational institutions, passenger assistants, and drivers. The primary goal of this code is to ensure that the transportation services we offer are safe and efficient.
