    You can make bookings by phone, through our web booker, via our app, or by email.

  • Can I specify a delivery window for my items?

    While we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, you can provide a preferred time window. We will make every effort to deliver your items within this period.

  • How do I know when my item has been delivered?

    If you provide your email address at the time of booking, we will send you a Proof of Delivery email once your delivery has been completed.

  • What is the cancellation fee for a courier service?

    The cancellation fee depends on the proximity of the courier vehicle to the collection address and the availability of courier services at the time of the cancellation. The fee can be up to 100% of the quoted booking charge, excluding additional charges such as waiting time or parking fees. For full details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

  • Can I travel with the delivery van?

    For insurance reasons, passengers are not permitted to travel in the courier vehicle.

  • What is the difference between a Standard delivery service and a Priority delivery service?

    • Standard Delivery Service: A multi-drop service where the courier may be assigned additional tasks while completing your delivery.
    • Priority Delivery Service: A more dedicated service where, once your package is collected, every effort is made to deliver it as quickly as possible without adding additional stops.
  • My item has been damaged. What should I do?

    If your item is damaged upon delivery, report it immediately to our Operations Centre at 0208 293 5555 and do not sign for the item. Alternatively, email bookings@zedcarz.co.uk with images of the damage and your booking reference.

  • Why did I incur a cancellation fee for my courier booking?

    If a driver has already been assigned to your booking and you cancel, a cancellation fee will apply. For further details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
