Minicab office Controller

We are looking for team members who is passionate about upholding the company image and who understands the delivery of highest level of customer service.

Must have previous minicab controlling experience, preferably with Cordic but not essential.

Duties will include, Planning and dispatching jobs appropriately and timely fashion in order to deliver a quality service, receiving telephone and Email bookings, onto a computerised a booking system, dealing with customer complaints and quotations. The position requires an excellent telephone manners and dealing with customer on the phone and via emails. You will need to have positive attitude and a good knowledge of Local and surrounding area. A desire to excel at what you do. You will also be competent with using computers.
This position would suit a Friendly but firm individual, who has an outgoing personality with good communication skills who may also wish to gain experience in other areas of the Taxi trade. You must be able to work with a minimum of supervision. Full training will be provided on our Cordic booking and dispatch system.
There are different shifts available. Mornings, Afternoon, evening and weekends (8 hour shifts)
